1.Top single layer tempered glass, surrounding hollow ordinary glass
Toughened glass is a type of glass heated to nearly the glass softening point temperature (600-650ºC), with quickly cooling or chemically toughening treatment. It has good mechanical properties and thermal- shock performance, also known as tempered glass.
The toughened glass characteristic:
Intensity improved: toughened glass, mechanical strength, impact resistance and bending strength can reach four to five times of common glass.
b. Heat stability improved: tempered glass can withstand the large temperature difference, not damaged, ability to resist change temperature difference is three times of the normal float glass of equal thickness.
c. Security improved: after high strength damage, toughened glass turn into tiny particles, maximizing the personal safety.
The anti-reflective scattering glass has the highest light transmittance, followed by scattering glass. The top covering material of this project is 4mm thick scattering glass. Due to high scattering of scattered greenhouse glass, there is no shadows inside the greenhouse, so the sunlight is uniform, and the crops leaves can be burnt; greenhouse climate is more moderate, to reduce light suppression to the crops, so the plant bottom can absorb more sunlight, to increase plant photosynthesis at the bottom; reduce gray mold of the occurrence at plant bottom; for different plants, can increase the yield of about 10%.
(2) double-layer hollow normal glass, light transmittance rate ≥80%, thickness 4+9+4 or 5+8+5mm.
Hollow glass is made up of two or more pieces of glass edge sealed together, then there will be filled static and dry air between the glasses, and there is a certain vacuum performance. The main material is aluminum spacing strip, bending bolt, butyl rubber, poly sulfur, and desiccant.
