A: DHL/UPS/FedEx for sample, one sample shipping cost is around 178usd to USA&Canada.
And for 4-5 pcs, We advise ship by sea+UPS door to door delivery, The cost for 5 pcs 640W grow light is only 190-240 USD.
Q3: Do you offer a guarantee for the products and How to deal with the faulty?
A: Yes, we offer a 3-5 years warranty for our LED grow lights.
Firstly, Our product's defective rate will be < 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with a new order for small quantities.
For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the situation.
Q4: How to place an order?
